What is a hunter supposed to do when he's forced to choose between an old friend and his brother?  Haunted by his past, Dean Winchester is forced to take a trip down memory lane in Lawrence, Kansas to look for Pastor Jake while Sam quickly comes down with a serious illness.  With no sign of Pastor Jake, Sam's condition worsens.  Dean finds himself in a panic of having lost a family friend and coming close to losing his brother too.
