Summary: In a post apocalyptic world Sam and Dean have returned to hunting full time and are attempting to put their lives and their relationship back together.  A chance meeting in a bar at the end of a hunt finds them pulled into an ancient prophesy and a fight to save the girl at the centre of it all.
