Summary: It’s been four months since Effy found out the truth behind Freddie’s death. Desperate to get away from Bristol, she runs to Maine where she meets the Winchester brothers. Two boys who know the pain of losing someone you love better than anyone else.After traveling with them for some time, Effy begins to think it’s safe to say that her depression is behind her. She can finally breathe again without the fear of going mad. After spending night after night with Dean, the oldest brother, she begins to think that she can finally start to move on from Freddie and Cook. But soon she realizes that Dean is just a painful reminder of her past and she begins to fall back into her madness once again. Fleeing the comfort and safety of the Winchesters, Effy runs into a demon that isn’t too keen on the two boys she once called home. This demon knows Effy all too well and Hell is thirsty for the girl who has sinned far too much in her life. Now, it’s up to Sam to bring the girl who could be his brother’s saving grace back home and save her from the clutches of Hell.
