She had looked like she was grabbing at his chest her fingers going through. I did wonder what kind of injury could have happened... so does make me wonder what happened to Sam in the time Dean left him in the car... keep them coming... A Author's Response: I always found that image of the flickering attacker a bit intriguing. I have to admit I wasn't thinking of that when I wrote this, but I like where your head's at. This is a slightly different situation, but similar enough that I can say you're on the right track! How did the demon get in to their apartment? + How easy could Sam go from being a Hunter to being a Student... reaching normal. Its short and sweet... so to speak. I've read Jess by Maya Perez and I could see your story answering some of the questions hers had. Author's Response: Oh, you're so lucky. I've always wanted to like in the UK. It's a dream of mine. Anyways, it is a horrible conversation to have with a youngster. I too had a similar conversation was I was around five or six. It's really the worst conversation you can have. Summary:

Still was reading back and realized I didn't think Dean's behaviour towards Robbie was too off he was just being a big brother... But we all know that he only has One little brother and that is what Robbie is finding out. It is going to drive him mad...(further over the edge)... Dean has tunnel vision when it comes to Sam being in trouble or hurt sooo poor Robbie is in for a rude awakening... Thanks aripagetx! I'm happy you agreed with Dean's behavior towards Robbie...it is that big brother instinct in him. But you're right...he does have tunnel vision when it comes to Sam. Another update coming soon!

I don't need looking out for"... reminded me of Dean's comment to Sam in the Pilot...xx I wanted to draw the connection between the pilot and this story. When I figured out the math on how old John would be, I literally squealed when I found out he would be thirty-six - only ten years older than when Dean said it. I just had to put that line in - it was destiny. |
