Date: 26/11/07 Title: Chapter 17: Chapter 17 God, this is such an emotional and sad chapter - my heart's bleeding for Dean and his feelings of total rejection. Dean really is in some serious emotional turmoil here, paranoid and beaten, thinking that Bobby and John would share a room just 'discussing the mess Dean had got himself into'. Very powerful chapter and got me hooked straight back into this story! Roll on next update!

And this fic has always been one of my all time favourites and it's going from great to even better...can't wait to find out what's going to happen to Dean, if Sam will fall into darkness to save his brother and the Iblis is a fantastic evil creature... Date: 04/01/08 Title: Chapter 19: Chapter 19 What a chapter! This has all become a whole lot more seriouse with Sam bordering on turning and already attacking Bobby and John...and Dean only barely able to get himself away... Reading this chapter has inspired me to go back to the beginning and start reading this series again from scratch. I so agree with Bambers - it is the BEST series out there.

Was way too wrapped up with the plot, the action, the emotion, the angst, the fear and then the deep sadness at the thought of John leaving them... again with the mistaken belief that it's all for their own good... Oh, and the fantastic Bobby, must NOT forget Bobby...lol Great update Maggie and great story...looking forward to last chapter but not to seeing this end...

And very well done too, each element focuses on a different quality and you've kind of stripped away all the redundant stuff and got down to the bones of the character.
