Wish I could say I feel sorry for Sam, but the truth is, I don't. The trickster was right about him becoming too big for his britches only it's Dean who's paying. Now, what is Uriel up to with preventing Castiel from helping Dean?

So the Trickster gave everyone a second chance and Sam almost screwed it up again, thanks to Ruby. I've seen guys being led by their private parts before but this is way extreme. As for Ruby, I'm hoping they gank her for good this time.

Yeah, I know. I email you about the fic and then don't review. I'm so sorry. But, I've caught up now and gotta tell you, I'm loving it. Castiel finally getting out from under Uriel's influence. And Ruby! OMG, what a bitch. But Cas to the rescue, right? What's sad though, is I'm not sure if Sam would go back to her or not if Dean and Bobby died, even knowing what he now knows.

Author's Response: Mmm...poor Sam doesn't know up from down.  Dean does,  but his way of offering that knowledge is more often than not a harangue rather  than an enlightenment....

SHE'S DEAD!!!! THE WITCH IS DEAD!!! Oh man, that was so awesome and it would be so cool if that was how Sam's storyline played out in the show.  But poor Dean! Now the hospital will think he's a suicide and restrain him unless the guys come up with a really good story. OMG, this so rocked!!!

But is Dean going to want to come back? He already rejected the djinn dream and came back to a literal hell. Now he's found a good life again in his dreams. Will he give it up again?

Good as always. Loved the interaction between Dean and Bobby but still the sadness lingers for what might have been. But now to deal with Sam and his powers, now that he's gone all out on them. Hopefully Castiel is better and can help Sam get a clear head on what the powers can do.

Now I'm wondering how you're going to finish this. With Ruby dead this early, well certain things never happened and it will be interesting to get your take on what could have been. Again, I'm enjoying the hell out of this and look forward to more.

I'm not sure whether to smile or cry with this one. I guess some of both. And personally, I liked the writing style. It added something to the story but I really can't say what. But I did like it a lot and it was very bittersweet which not too many people do well.

This was fantastic!!! I loved the clear-cut plot, the guys were kept in character, the other characters were just right from the deputy, Ms. Hancock, the sheriff, even the woman who ran the inn. I especially loved Ms Hancock with her non-existent tea and cake along with her horny dog. LMAO. This was a good story without all the angst of this season. One thing, there were a few misspelled words and one that you seem to have a problem with is "barren". Baron is a title while barren is meant as empty, such as the barren fields. You might want to try to make the spelling corrections and then resubmit the story. More ppl need to read this. Maybe put in the summary that this is from season 2. Anyway, thanks for the good read!

Thanks also for pointing out about spelling mistakes, even though I re-read my work over and over before submitting, some of the little blighters still go un-noticed by myself! LOL! I will take you up on the advice, I'll go over it all again and make the corrections. And yeah; that whole baron/barren thing - I stupidly trusted the computers dictionery to change that for me and didn't look properly at what it had changed it to, I will know better next time!!

To avoid any feud being carried over to here, I'll just say that I really liked this.
