I just found this story doing one my my many searches.  What a fantastic story.  So very well done and such a fantastic ride.  I wish that the show had delved further into Sam's feelings and emotions regarding his father's death.  I'm a tried and true Sam fan, well actually a Limp/Hurt Sam fan but hey it's all good right?  Do you have this story posted on fanfiction,net because that's where I usually play and would sure love to favorite over there.  Thanks so much for a fabulous story and for bringing Sam to the forefront.  Nicole.

Thank you for your wonderful review. And yes, I was a bit disappointed that the show didn't delve a little deeper into Sam's feelings post-John, so I just had to scratch that particular itch myself. Would it shock you to know that I'm a Dean woman? LOL. But I've always had a huge soft spot for Sam, and really, you can't have one brother without the other. It just wouldn't be right. 

Anyway, thanks again, and I'm so glad you enjoyed the story. I hope that you'll have many happy hours browsing through the stories on this site as well. There are some truly outstanding authors here - it's a reader's paradise.
