I have read all of the Brotherhood stories (mulitple times) and this is one of the very best first chapters so far. You have a real gift for story telling. I know you have been told similar things many times, but your character develpment and presentation is among the very best fanfiction (or fiction) I have read.

I am a middle-aged mom and very busy professional. It used to be tough to find areas of common interest with one of my teen-age daughters. We have both become self proclaimed addicts of the series and the Brotherhood stories. Since I started reading, we have had no problem talking. Thank you for sharing your talent.

I have been waiting for this piece since the first hints came out about this story - it was worth the wait. The last chapter of "In Victus" is my new favorite from the Brotherhood AU. The first read through I only managed to get to peach cobler before I started to cry. The second time through I held it together until the peanut butter cookies. My husband is convinced my daughter (also an addict) and I are insane. Thank you ladies for sharing your talents. Keep up the great work.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I abosulutely loved these stories. I hope you can do some more pieces from Joshua's point of view. I have enjoyed all your stories, but my favorites have been the ones with Josh. You really seem to hit your stride with this character. 

Just to let you know that the quick updates are much appreciated. Your stuff is always worth the wait, but it is nice to be spoled once in a while. I am really enjoying this story and can't wait to see where you take it. Also thanks for including the refernece to "Stranded". It is definitely one of my favorite non-Ridley/Tidia stories and should be a must read for anyone who is addicted to this AU.

Thank you, Lynne. And thank you for all those lovely stars. Petra collects them for a rainy day - LOL. Seriously though, it's wonderful to get such feedback and know that we've hit the mark as storytellers, especially after working so damned hard on this story. 

As for a follow-up.....well.....*scuffs feet on floor*.... not sure on that one. We weren't planning it - we just thought we'd leave it up to everyone's imagination. But you never know what will happen in the future, so I suppose the answer to that would be a definite maybe.

It was great to read this one again and get a chance to say thanks for posting. I am a real fan of the 'Legacy' characters and hope you and Tidia decide to do more with them in future. I can't wait for the last couple of stories.
