Date: 24/02/07 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 I'm so glad that you start a new story mizpah. Great first chapter. Dean and Sam didn't have much help from the town's people, it's like they're hiding something, very suspicious. Dean has disappeared in the forest like the three other men before him. Sam has a sort of link with Dean and now he didn't feel him anymore. Intriguing and captivating already. Can't wait for more. Date: 28/02/07 Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 2 What an intense and so intriguing chapter. Where Dean has been, it was like he was in another alternate universe, in another time and who's that creepy old man. Poor Sam, trying to find Dean during three long days, it was gutwrenching to see all his efforts to find him, failed. Thank god Dean found Sam because he would've died right there. Great work mizpah. You get me hooked, I so can't wait for more.

This was tough, this dying. Dean always thought when he died it would be quick, in the heat of battle, in a blaze of glory. He never anticipated knowing and waiting, pondering his own imminent demise and what his passing would do to his family.

These Winchesters care so deeply about each other, but sometimes don't know how to express it and it is heartwrenching to see them trying to connect and understand each other. I love John, but he does have his faults. It is hard to strike a balance when writing him, showing his mistakes while also showing his love for his sons. Thanks for the kind words, B.J. Date: 05/03/07 Title: Chapter 9: Chapter 9 Wow!This chapter left me out of breath. Powerful and so intense. Poor Sam, the scene of him outside in the rain, crying, heartbreaking. For someone who doesn't know not much about medical stuff, you're amazing. I'm so looking forward for the next chapter. Wow right back at ya! What a wonderful review. I was going for intense, so it's good to hear you say that. :-) Glad you liked the Sam scene at the end. I had that written before I wrote the chapter - so I worked around it. As for the medical stuff - right after I wrote the story I was telling my friends I could probably perform an appendectomy - but then I thought of the blood - and the fact that no one in their right mind would let me near them with a scalpel...
