Date: 03/07/09 Title: Chapter 14: Chapter 14 I really enjoy this story. I guess I have a different take on Cas and the whole shaking Sam's hand situation. I think Cas wasn't sure what Sam was doing (I seem to remember something about Cas not being on earth for a long time) because when Cas did take Sam's hand, he not only held it but also covered it with his other hand which was even more contact, and it could also be seen as a conforting touch. That's just my take on it. Again, I think this story is great. Thanks for writing and sharing it! What an excellent take on the handshake. We love it that our fic generates so much discussion about how our Show can be interpreted. Kripke, the genius, does this deliberately, leaves openings so we can get our brains into it.
