I love that he thought not of himself but Dean and still you kept truE to the brothers despite everything they were going through. Dean's support of Sam no matter what. Their love for each other. loved it! I really love these lines, "Hell, Cas, downed half a cow before it was over." Castiel shifted in his position by the door but remained silent. "You said no when it counted, Sammy. You've said no every time it's counted and that's what we'll keep on doing because….well…. because it's all we can do." Date: 21/03/10 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 Interesting. Loved the build up! And was pleasantly surprised at the end. Not sure I want to touch this one with a ten-foot pole (lol!) but indeed the 'fifth horseman' does exist but is he really a horseman or the leader of the armies of God on a horse? But I love the twist with Dean being the 5th horseman and connecting the ring he wears on the show was very clever! I would love this to continue to see where you take this universe. I love that Sam was able to express his feelings to Dean because he hasn't done that a lot this season, really ever since Dean died. I also am in love with the fact that you used something as simple as fireworks to bring Dean back to himself and give him comfort. All in all a great read! Thanks! Date: 01/05/10 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 I LOVE THIS STORY!!! It speaks to everything that is Dean. His endurance, his strength, his love for Sam and his determination to do anything it takes to save him. This ia what i missed on Suoernatural the entire season with Sam and Dean(until 100th episode). The push and drive that makes the Winchesters, that says no matter the hurt to themselves they will succeed because someone else is depending on them. Thanks for this! Thank you so much! I really missed this side of the boys this season too, although I think the way it's gone so far has been little short of awesome - they've changed so much (*sigh*) that they couldn't really behave that way again - until placed in the most extreme of situations, even by Winchester standards! But a hurt Sam breaks Dean in pieces so I agree with the ending. Thanks for this! No I don't like this Dean either! But I guess, he was a lot younger... and I think he would definitely be broken hearted over it at the end. Date: 11/05/10 Title: Chapter 1: Hallelujah Great! I love Cas' heartfelt confusion, and wavering faith. I can imagine the Cas who first came to Dean feeling like this when he found that not only wasn't he getting God's orders but his fellow angels were taking matters into their own hands. Cas is and will always be my favourite character after the boys and Bobby. I am extra attached to him and hope he still pops in when this season is over. Thank you! :) I wanted to differ from all of the fics that play Cas as kind of... maybe not emotionless, but something like that, you know? Or the ones that have him feeling emotions but not knowing what they are, if that makes sense. I actually think Cas is equal to Dean and Sam favouritism-wise to me, which is a really hard thing to do for a TV character.
