Date: 09/06/09 Title: Chapter 1: The Morning Star Oh my. That was good... and terrible... and exciting... and awful... and so dark and sad. You know all through S4 I quite liked the idea of Lucifer going into Sam [or Dean, I wasn't fussed!] and thought the finale was a bit of a cop-out when that didn't happen. But gah... to see something like this happen onscreen would be pretty hard. Hey Kate. Great to meet a new reader! And thanks for reviewing... Well, I wanted it to be Sam possessed by Lucifer. But I think that would've been the finale if it had been the last season of the show. I was betting on Lucifer rising in Bobby over the last weeks of season 4. But I really liked the way they did it. We have a cliffie but not as angsty as the years before. With the boys back together I couldn't care less about Lucifer or the apocalypse. LOL. And by the way, I am a Dean-girl too... *winks* Cheers, Ilka

Date: 09/06/09 Title: Chapter 3: Higher Power Great stuff... I love Castiel's introspection and his devotion [non-slashy, of course!] to Dean. I'm really intrigued as to where Show will take their growing respect and affection for each other in S5 - it will be interesting to see how both Dean and Sam cope with the fact that Dean has a confidante outside of Sam. Oh, you're doing every chapter? Now, that's pretty awesome! re Cas: first of all, NO SLASH. EVER. Heh, however, I have a few ideas about how Castiel's character will fit in the brother theme. Cas is being hunted from now on (just like Sam and Dean) too but still believes in God and Good. So, there will be a few verbal sparring matches coming up between him and Dean in the future. And Sam still has to cope with his addiction and his self-delusion that led to freeing Lucifer. Speaking of Lucy, he will of course have some impact on the season... GAWD. Bring on September. Am really intrigued to see where this is going and what it means for Dean to potentially be 'tainted' by Lucifer... Hi again, Kate. Thanks for reading and reviewing back to back. It is an awesome experience for me as I get the chance of hearing/reading your reaction every step of the way. I won't be telling you anything on future events though *winks* but there will be more about the Disgrace business. And I love the way Cas and Dean seem to banter in their own way everytime they meet on the show so I had to put something like that in. Bobby is just awesome. Date: 09/06/09 Title: Chapter 5: So I Dub Thee Unforgiven Love how you have set up Dean's reliance on Castiel to heal him as something comparative to Sam's reliance on the demon blood. Really clever, dude... ...and forgot to say in my last review how truly disturbing it was to see Sam craving the blood despite the fact that it helped cause his downfall... Was afraid no one picked up on that or it was poorly done... THANKS Well, as I said in a previous reply. I am 100% certain that Sam's addictzion will play an important role in the next season so who am I not to put him through withdrawal? I love him jonesing... makes him even more vulnerable and pathetic. No worries... Sam will find a way to use it to his advantage... brain of his size... freakin' ginormous head... Date: 09/06/09 Title: Chapter 6: I'm On Dry Land, Won't You Help Me, Please? Gah, I hate the thought that Sam's meatsuit is being used to kill hunters. Love the Bobby-Dean interaction... the whole father-son vibe between them gets me every time and plays a big part in a story I am posting here too. I don't even mind Anna too much and I hated her in Show. Looking forward to finding out just whatis involved in Dean's 'cure'... Author's Response: Hey again... I am so checking out your story now... there angst and hurt in it? Hope so. About Sam/Lucifer killing hunters. It isn't merely about killing hunters. You'll see... *grins knowingly* I actually liked Anna but I prefer her as a rogue angel. She has an edge to her that agrees with me more than that college student Anna did. I was sad to see Pamela die. I'd have loved to see her "take on" Dean... LOL. OK. I might be a little smutty at times... The cure will be revealed soon. Just be patient...
