Date: 15/09/08 Title: Chapter 2: Halloway It looks like this is something John should have kept well away from. I like how Sam immediately knew something was bothering Dean. Author's Response: Yep, John should have stayed well well away, sometimes these well meaning hunters aren't so well meaning. And I love Sam and Dean's relationship, probably more than any other character relationship ever... the way they read each other and everything... so it's fun to get the chance to play with them.

Date: 15/09/08 Title: Chapter 6: Encounter I'm not always a fan of John's - I think he is often far too hard on the boys but I have to say I liked him at the end of this chapter - at least he's putting Dean first. I have a soft spot for John, he's one of those characters that I like to think he had his better times as well as his worst, and I prefer to right those slightly better times when he's a father more than a general, he he. Thanks ^_^

Whilst visiting Pastor Jim in Boxborough Massachusetts, Dean is hit by an uncomfortable sense of Deja-vu, whilst Sam has the uncomfortable feeling that the Pastor may be hiding something. What is it about this picturesque New England town, that could be so terrible that Dean has blocked it out and Jim is happy to keep it that way? Loved the line about Sam knowing if Dean died he'd be alone, even around othe people. Thank you so much! I love Sam taking care of Dean. And it just felt right, Sam being alone without Dean, even with Bobby or anyone else.
