 Date: 26/07/08 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 Great job of capturing the grief and guilt perfectly in both situations. They both feel so unworthy of the other's love, so useless. And I love the way you end it, leaving it up to the reader's interpretation. This one will rip your heart out, stomp on it, then shove it back in to stay lodged in your throat. I am glad you decided to post it. Summary:
A little scene between Dean and Sam back at Bobby's house. Dean's feeling the pressure as the clock ticks down on his deal. Sam gets to hear some of his brother's true feelings.  Date: 24/07/08 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 Yeah, Dean is that screwed in the head to believe that he doesn't matter. I like that it was Bobby you chose to set him straight. That it would have to be someone on the "outside" before Dean would believe. This definitely was a tearjerker and very much in character for all of them. I am glad you decided to post it. That's what makes him a great character and I like how Bobby looks out for Dean, stops him from falling over the edge sometimes. Wasn't sure about this so I am grateful that you liked it. Date: 24/09/08 Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 2 That was absolutely perfect. It fits in seamlessly between ELAC and Bloodlust. I think you portrayed them exactly as it would have been written for the show. I also love that we got to really see Sam's grief over losing their father for a change. So many stories focus strictly on Dean and how he didn't handle John's death that Sam is forgotten. We forget that just because they argued constantly doesn't mean their love was any less. I LOVE this story! :) Summary:

Date: 07/04/10 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 This was fantastic! You captured Bobby perfectly. The Boys were exactly as I think they would've been after losing John. You've filled in the gap between the episodes beautifully. Thanks so much for that. I'd never tackled Bobby on such a grand scale before, but I so love the character and what he represents to the boys, so it was important on quite a few levels to get him right. And I think there had to be that initial grief once the shock of John's death wore off - we just didn't see it on screen. Well, we only saw bits of it. I'm glad you enjoyed my spak-filler for the gaps - LOL. Jules Summary: The Winchesters can't even stop for a simple meal without troubled spirits, and trouble in general finding them. Maybe a little Hurt Dean, too.

Date: 17/11/12 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 This was wonderful! Everything about this was perfect. The language of LOTR is definitely a bit much for Dean to read aloud. And his take on it was cute. Love Sammy's realization that he hurt Dean's feelings as a teen. And Deano and Sammywise. :) I love the books and the movies. And that the brothers have Tolkien in common, something to share outside of hunting. I imagine they'd love the movies, too. Thank you for sharing this. Thank you! I'm so thrilled you enjoyed this one so much. And yes, I'm sure the boys would love the movies. My late uncle's favourite part of the third movie was the one I included in the final vignette - where Eowyn takes off her helmet and declares, "I am no man!" Just had to include that one. My uncle would have loved Supernatural, too, and identified with Dean. And he would have LOVED the car. Oh, Deano and Sammywise - I just couldn't resist that bit. It was such a Dean thing to do, and immediately hooked the two little boys into the story together. And older and wiser Sam - I think he does see that things he does hurts his brother, but it's that whole sibling rivalry thing, and little brother trying to get his big brother to see he's all grown up. I don't think Sam deliberately sets out to hurt Dean - it just happens. Well, not unless they're supernaturally fueled....then they go for it no holds barred....
