I just figured that there was so much going on in Sam's head that week - the grief, the anger, and probably a healthy dollop of fear as well, given that he dreamed of Jessica's death. And of course, the guilt. That's a lot for a young man of twenty-two and a half to cope with. Sam's been trained as a hunter, raised in a world where the stuff of nightmares is actually real, but we sometimes forget that he's barely out of his teens.
