I think the best part of this story is that it's told through Sammy's POV because his thoughts when John and Dean are both coughing and choking trying not to laugh at the little guy are hilarious. I also really like that this whole situation has sprung from a misunderstanding. Sam thinks Dean doesn't trust him and Dean thinks Sam is mad and him and that he's protecting his little brother. Those crazy kids will eventually learn that communication is key, lol. "Dean, damn it. That’s it—my heart just gave out." Damn, you're gonna make MY heart give out here.
