 Date: 28/06/08 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 i didnt see any notes, but i have to say-- something in me loves the fact that caleb and sam arent as close as caleb and dean!! dean's a buffer, he always had been, between everyone in his life, and i love seeing how the different characters you've created interact without him as the middle man. I love the Brotherhood AU, and was so happy to see this story. and i cant wait for more!!!!! Author's Response: The notes were my fault. I accidentally clipped them off. I promise to post them in the next chapter on Saturday. I don't think Sam and Caleb will ever have the same relationship that each of them have with Dean. That wouldn't be much fun, but I hope they can come to a point where they have a good relationship, one that The Knight And Scholar would need to have. Especially if say Dean weren't in the picture. Date: 08/01/09 Title: Chapter 1: Revelations i read this at ff.net and reviewed it there, but after reading it again i have so much more to say. i loved the interaction between josh and esme, it was a little window into the 'normal' of their lives we never get to see. loved her shop and hearing josh talk about her. i also loved joshua's weariness of the coven and him thinking back to one of john's orders about not going in without intell. it was really a nice window into a character that's normally very secretive. Summary: While still dealing with the aftermath of the wishing well, Sam and Dean are taken by a group of hunters who will stop at nothing to find out the truth about Sam's abilities and how Dean managed to come back from the dead.
