Dean and Sam enter into a cellar in an old warehouse. They are hunting for an evil spirit that keeps luring little children into the unused machines of the warehouse. However, before they can remove the ghost, they encounter a werewolf. Dean goes to shoot the werewolf but it strikes at him first. It bites him, but before it gets away, Sam kills it. Dean goes by the old belief that once the source is severed, the curse will end. However, on the next full moon he turns and Sam is faced with the turmoil of whether to kill his brother.
