In Savannah Georgia, a pattern of murders is repeated every 29 years. Dean and Sam suspect a vengeful spirit is responsible. As they uncover the facts behind the spirits actions; it becomes clear that one of the brothers is destined to become the spirits next victim; will they be able to stop the cycle of death, before it's too late for one of the Winchester Brothers?

Whilst visiting Pastor Jim in Boxborough Massachusetts, Dean is hit by an uncomfortable sense of Deja-vu, whilst Sam has the uncomfortable feeling that the Pastor may be hiding something. What is it about this picturesque New England town, that could be so terrible that Dean has blocked it out and Jim is happy to keep it that way?

Set at the end of Simon Says, Dean and Sam en route to Harvelles’ Roadhouse, in answer to Ellens’ phone call summons, hole up in a quiet backwater motel, hoping for an uneventful day to catch up on their sleep and laundry.
