Someone needs to pull it out--for instance Dean--drag her back in there, tie her down and knock some sense into her by making her watch Barney or some other shit. And my hypothesis is that she is the werewolf's baby, but she can't change yet, therefore they shouldn't give her up to the hospital! Awwww...poor sammy. But that's just my guess.
