Sam saving Dean was great, just what he needed after he couldn't save Madison. Also loved how Dean told him that Constance's live wasn't really living and that he saved Madison by releasing her. Date: 04/07/08 Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 2 Wow, great chapter, I liked old Jed talking about the Larsen's story. Also, Dean's story about his adventure made me giggle. I was almost shocked about Dean's reaction though, when he found out Sam was still researching the deal. I wonder, if he will ever learn, that he can't give his life for Sam and expect his brother to do any less in return. He has to accept that Sam loves him just as much as he loves him and give him the right to do the same things as he does, no matter how difficult it is. Really excellent story. Hugs, Vonnie Thanks for that, Vonnie. Dean's reaction was rage driven by fear - after all, Sam drops dead if he screws in any way with the deal, and he can't let that happen. And I know exactly what you mean by Dean not seeing how much he means to Sam. I feel they both have this blind spot not only for each other, but for themselves. They both love each other, and would willingly give their lives for each other, but their own self-worth is lower than a snake's belly. Makes you just want to give them both either a kick up the bum or a big warm hug....or perhaps both...Jules

Date: 18/07/08 Title: Chapter 5: Chapter 5 Excellent chapter. At least Dean figured out, that he needs to stay away from Sam, which is tragic, but hopefully they will find the way out soon. Bobby is on the case too, which is great. Only now Sam is in trouble again, I guess, it has to be the guy from the bar. If Sam's rage comes back, he might just kill him, unless the guy gets the better of him before that. Can't wait for the next chapter. It was worth waiting for. Really nicely written. I'm glad Dean got to save Sam. But Sam sure is in bad shape mentally. And now he is in the hands of 'ghost' Jedediah.
