LOL, you're right, the boys aren't good at saying what they mean, are they? They'd rather face an amputation than talk about their feelings. So chuffed that you're enjoying this. Date: 27/12/09 Title: Chapter 3: Chapter 3 Oh dear..I assume you are going to go back and hear Sam POV with this conversation in the next installment of this great story...great treat for me before we set off yet again for the 3rd day in a row to my in-laws...(oh the joy!)keep up thegreat work! You are correct in your assumption - lol. I am going to go back and finish that conversation that Dean only heard part of before he took the bolt. Oh, urk - three days with outlaws??? I'd have killed mine - when I had them, that is. Very difficult people, they were. I had the sort of mother-in-law that people make all the jokes about. Date: 01/01/10 Title: Chapter 4: Epilogue great story....my favorite line of the last chapter was this "For Dean to have that basic need denied to him must have been torture of the cruellest kind." loved the description of how tactile Dean is...great job as always.... Lisa Author's Response: Thank you, Lisa. One would think that Sam's the toucher, since he's the more outwardly emotional of the two, but it's actually Dean. Watch all the touches, swats, bumps of the shoulder - Dean instigates it, and Sam leans into it....well, he used to...*unhappy sigh*....damned demons and angels. Thanks for coming along for the ride, and I'm so glad you enjoyed it. It was a bit of a fun story to write, actually. Nice to revisit a simpler time in the boys' lives. Jules Summary: The brothers, separated for the holidays, experience christmas in different ways. As always...Dean-centric.
