Right... so I just got done reading chapters 1-4 and I just wanted to let you know that I love you and I hate you.

I love you because this is by far the creepiest piece of fiction I've ever read, and I've read a LOT!!

And I hate you because I just tried to get ready for bed and was totally creeped out of my mind that every door I opened would have a body behind it or someone in there.  Not to mention that while I was washing my face, with soap covering it mind you, the sudden thought that I forgot to check the ceiling and skylight above me for someone watching popped into my head and without even thinking I opened my eyes and tried to look and then cursed you out cuz I got soap all in my eyes.

Whoever put the Keifer Sutherland picture on that banner for the next story had the right idea.  Sutherland has ALWAYS creeped me out no matter what character he plays.  And he is PERFECT for Charlie.

Anywho, before you go thinking I really don't like you - believe me, I do.  I am LOVING this fic!!!  ...it's just scaring the crap outta me as I go along ;)  You are really tapping into the creepiness factor here and doing it so well.  Sam and Dean's characters are right on too.  Awesome awesome!!  I can't wait to read the next chapters, however I'm going to wait until I can read the rest during the day because it is seriously freakin me out.  I'm paranoid as is.  And thanks to you I'm now frightened of my cell phone... I'll never answer it again.  ;)  Keep up the awesome work!!

Author's Response: lol...love and hate, i hear that a lot!! sorry it took me so long to respond, been working on like 6 stories so never a spare moment...always awesome to hear my story is the creepiest thing someone has ever read!! very cool!! yeah, i've heard Charlie has that effect on people..he is really an angel!! yeah, i think Keifer really is the right look for charlie...i had him in mind, but never said anything about it, and Rae when Rae showed me the banner i just nearly freaked out!! so awesome to hear you like the creepiness factor, and thrilled you think i am getting the boys characters right!! yeah, cell phones are scary, you never know who may call!! hope you enjoy the rest!! thanks so much for th awesome review!! you have know idea how much it means to me!! bambers;)

YEAAHH!!  Awesome once more :)  So much Limp!Sammy.  I totally squeed a few times.  I love the neverending changes Sam keeps going through with all the feelings and such - and how much it's wearing on him.  I love Dean's protectiveness of him especially with this new aspect of the Dragon *claps*

And oh - no he did'n!!  Doesn't the druggee dude know not to mess with Dragon's lil brother's?!  LoL!  Can't wait for next exciting installment :)

Author's Response:

Hey Maygin,

So glad you liked it!

Okay for starters... Sam 'bitching' about there no longer being any wings - I totally busted out loud on that one.  That is so stinkin funny!  I love how he just seems so childish sometimes with him being around the ten year olds.  So stinkin cute and funny!

"Boy Parts"... really?  Can I truly explain the pure hilarity of this moment?  No.  I believe I can't.  That was so funny!  And then with the "BUTTERFLIES!!"  And smashing it and licking it and Sam's tasting it in his mouth.  Oh!  And I forgot the part where Sam squirmed when Dean realized he could lick, well, EVERYWHERE!!  Absolutely priceless!

The detail you included with Dean's whiskers and how he feels the shifts in air and Sam's pulse and the tenseness of his muscles... that is amazing and so beautifully depicted.  Thank you for taking the time to detail little things like that!  It brings more life to Dean's 'cat-personality'.

"More importantly it would keep that boy away from his boy"... omg, I loved this line so stinkin much!  So possessive in his role as older brother and even more so now as a mountain lion.

"Don't ever point a weapon at something unless you plan to kill it"... awww, he sounds reminiscent of John.  Why is that so bittersweet?

Buttercup!!  LOLOL!  Great job Sammy.  Love it when Sam pulls out his sarcasm.

Guh!  Sam's emotions and actions with the return of the junkie are so precious.  I just wanna smish him!!  Poor lil guy!  I love how we see a lot of this from Dean's eyes, it really increases the desperation of Sammy's situation.  But I love how you had Sammy curl up on the ground again suddenly, rocking, then violently rubbing his arms and then giggling uncontrollably, turning into sobbing, harsh laughter and tears and jerking and *sigh*... Limp!Sam at it's finest :)

Wondeful new Chapter Bayre!!  I LOVED it!  That was so much about it I loved and I wished I could comment on, but that would pretty much mean me copying the entire story and pasting it here and gushing over each and every sentence.  LOL... do I smell a certain 'danger' in the air??  EEEE!!  I'm so excited.  This was such a fulfilling chapter and I can not wait for the next!  ...only I can because I know you'll make it good!  Thanks girl!

Author's Response:

Wow, Meg, I think that's the longest review EVER!  You should get some kind of award for it....lol

I'm glad you are liking your story.....a few more challenges to come yet.

...I love you.

Really?  This was so much better and squee worthy than what I'd imagined in my head when we discussed it!  Loved the cat fight and Sam's writing around in pain.  And then, THEN the forest fire!!  In the stream... that is awesome!  I can't wait girl to see where you go with this next!  This has been such a delightful overabundance of limpSammy... only you can't have too much limpSammy so I expect more because I'm bossy like that ;)

Keep it up girl!  This is just awesome :)

Author's Response:

You're aweful pushy...and bossy...want want want...lol....I'm so glad you're enjoying your story.

I'm officially squeed out for next few days.  In fact, I couldn't even review after first reading this chapter yesterday - I was too much of a ball of squishy love and angst!!  Thanks for that by the way.

This was AWESOME girl!!  The angst level was phenominal!  And near the end there?!?!  *SOB*  With Sammy just degrading before his eyes... I don't think degrading is the right word but I'm still too excited I can't find my backspace button!

I love how Dean does what he has to do to get them moving.  It hurts and poor Sammy, but it gets the job done - and Sammy realizes it in the end.  But then stupid junkie and his medling ways!!  And Sam in the cabin all weak and yet still scared of the fire... *sigh*  tis a beautiful thing.

Wonderful job once more!  You were right!  Totally stock full of lovely angst for me to drool all over :)  Can't wait for the next chapter!!!

Author's Response:

I knew I heard funny noises from the south...lol...must have been the squeeing!

Thanks, and I'm glad you're liking!

Okay, my favorite part by far in this chapter is when Sam's going to close the shutters and Dean spurts ahead and props his paws up on the windowsill, looking for predators... LOL!  That was just so... dog-like and protective and just plain cute!

Dean's finding and care over the junkie while he died was so bittersweet.  We wanted him to die because he's hurting Sam involuntarily, and yet at the same time, we don't want him to die because he's lost and alone... way to bring the readers into a position like that!  It's great and humbling!  Really helps us relate to Dean's reluctance to leave Sammy behind to comfort this stranger that's caused them so much trouble.

Loved Sam's confession and awkward guilt over what happened!  Great chapter girl!!  I don't know why, but I got the impression the story was on the wrap up - but three days left?!  And the ominous opening of the shutters?  Hmmm, me thinks there's more to come ;)  Can't wait for the next chapter!!  MWA :*

Bayre, Bayre, Bayre... I keep thinking there's going to be a chapter that is just kind of mediocre (sp) and yet... I have yet to experience such a chapter from you.

Dean's attitude from the get go in this chapter had me laughing.  I'm glad you took this route, with Dean being hunted in a round about way.  It's only natural people would assume a wild animal killed the boy at first... well, natural in a supernatural sort of way ;)  My poor Sammy-wammy.  He's just all kinds of messed up.  I decided to take a ten minute break and go over all the emotions and situations he's had to live through the past four days and it's been deliciously grueling!  Mwa-ha-ha-haaaa!

And now they're back at that cabin!!  I was wondering what the dealio was with that and the broken window!  I guess we'll find out yet ;)  And how the $&#^ do you figure it's okay to end the chapter like that?!?!  Dean's changed again hasn't he?!  And NOW I HAVE TO WAIT TO FIND OUT!!!  GAAAAH!  You're lucky you're like... three states away from me or else me and my three mutant-yellow fingers would be coming to reap some retribution on your a$$!  ;)  You know I luv ya.

CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER!  ...seriously.  No really.  Next chapter most definately needs to be posted right the heck now.  Mwa :*

Author's Response:

Not the mutant yellow fingers, no, please not that...gotta go type!

Glad you liked.

I think I love you.  As soon as the doctor mentioned the anesthesia I was like... oh SNAP!  I got all girly and maybe even squee'd a little when Sam started wavering!  I LOVE YOU!!  That was awesome!!

So now Dean's a dog.  A great dane huh?  I love that you've written half this chapter from personal experience... the veterinarian's ;)  The thermomenter up the butt was great.

Loved the set up of Sam almost killing someone.  The emotional rollercoaster of that has got to be rough on him as you so wonderfully described!  Poor Sammy.  And then with the feeling of both Dean and the drug dealers pain... sweet :)  I really can't tell you how much I loved the last paragraph!  Seeing Sammy overwhelmed with the sedative too and going down through Dean's doggy POV.  Pure love!  Why do you indulge me so?

Mwa :*

Aawwww....as always is my pleasure!

Thanks for all the great comments.

Oh wow.  I mean... WOW!  What a way to end this most awesome story!  It didn't feel rushed at all, just felt like an honest and heartfelt ending, true to it's previous chapters.  So many stories I've read have endings that just rush through or are awkward.  This was beautiful and hilarious and even managed to have Dean killing something - Ha!

I love how Dean seems more aware of his brother now.  He always knew his brother and understood him for the most part, but he's more open to how understanding Sam is of him.  If that makes any sense.  Almost like the psychic connection Sammy had throughout this story is still there, just muted a whole lot.  It just shows how much they've grown in understanding one another in this story.

Loved all the tie-ins with the songs you picked, hilarious!  And I loved that Sam bought the stuffed dragon and put it up anyways as a joke and also I think as a reminder of how awesome his brother was as a dragon and how really - his brother reminds him of dragons anyways especially with the humming thing.  So terribly sweet!

I think it's really cute how childish Sam seems in this chapter!  Like he's gone through practically every emotion out there that one goes through - even lived through death... he's lived a lifetime of emotions and now he's without all these invading emtions and he's left with this childish, playful, trusting, loving attitude toward life... almost like being reborn ya know?  Pure love for all the shy Sammy cuteness :D

And I can't tell you how much I loved the delivery of Sam's feelings about Dean's deal.  How he presented it was absolute perfection!  I keep coming up with little ways that Sam could make it clear to Dean how he really feels about the demon-deal, make him understand and I always come up short.  You delivered it perfectly.  With Sam talking about what it felt like to die again and how it wasn't as bad because all he knew was Dean was there.  Dean was always there.  He was never alone.  Mitchell was truly alone and it was miserable and it twisted him and killed him in the end.  And then you have Sam asking Dean how he ever thought Sam would be any different from him about living without the other, the remnants of the Mitchell discussion still near in mind.  AWESOME!!  It was perfect and Dean got it.  YEAH!!

Well girl, I asked for a story and got ten times as much out of it!  You delivered so much more in this story than I could have ever imagined!  I will never forget each and every feeling I got from reading these chapters weekly.  By the way, I sent myself an email thanking me for coming up with those prompts.  I'm so smart ;)  You are the genius though.  THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!!  One day, when I'm not so low on cash (which could be years ;), I'm going to go to Kinko's, print this baby out and then make a cover out of the Banner - bind it all together into a pretty mini-booklet all for me :)  This was so fun and I thank you for all the hilarity, limpness and brotherly'ness involved within!  You made me very happy.  Mwa :*

Awesome.  Pure and simple.  I loved this chapter something fierce girl!  I can't even tell you how very precious this chapter was.

You did a really good job of setting up the disgusting nature of Sam's imprisonment; the smells, the visuals, the dampness... all of it led to the beautiful scene of Sam pushing his brother away.  GUH!!  It was so heartbreaking and precious!  You took the time to detail it and take us through it step by step.  Wonderful!

And then when they got back to the clinic and Dean saw the bruises.  The reaction was perfect.  And I liked how Carter was kind of in the background, almost like a ghost throughout the chapter.  He was there, but he was mostly only there by his actions and the results of his actions; like when he helped get Sam out, or when he gave Dean the makeshift lockpick, or when he took Sam's filthy jeans and replaced them with sweatpants and some towells and then the soup.  He's a steady presence but only from the results of his actions, I love that!

Couldn't get enough of this chapter!  "

Nodding, Sam’s hand pushed weakly against Dean’s side, trying to move him away, “No…I’m…it’s…”

Dean’s chest constricted, squeezing tight against his ribs, “Hey, stop, it’ll wash off.”"  That was by far my favorite part.  So touching and omg, I just wanted to hug them both!  Can't wait for the next chapter :)
