Date: 06/09/08 Title: Chapter 2: Dean's Letter A very good ending! I've done the same for my mam - I suppose in some cultures it's a way of letting go. "When you write a letter to the dead, the dead can hear your thoughts." I was never lucky enough to get a reply; I suppose things work differently in FanFic World, ;) I liked the ending. Yeah, he was the smartass, and yeah, he was damned clever. And he knew how to love on so many levels - as I'm sure about a thousand women will attest to, LOL Joking aside, this is a good, well-written short. If I could make one piece of contructive criticism (and please don't take this the wrong way, I mean to help!): when I was writing years ago, I was warned about using the same description or word more than one in a few paragraphs. I never realised until it was pointed out, but it can sound more repetitive when you read it fast (sorry, mea culpa, I know). Just thought you should know - and this is by no means what anyone else has thought, just me. Sorry to ramble on - enjoyed it lots. Thanks for posting!
