It's true, people are weird - and getting weirder. (they're certainly getting ruder...) So glad you love the rapid jump between personalities. And suddenly here's John Now what is your John gonna be? Mine is a good man in a bad situation but maybe yours is more brutal more controlling? And Sam...you say you don't do deathfics? I hope you speak the truth- I've only ever read one (because I admire the author) but it still made me cry. I love the complexity of this story, the ambiguity, the feeling of chaos. Reading on. I am very intrigued to know what has brought Dean to this pityful condition. It is hard to read because it is so well described. His catatonia giving way to terrible despair. I still have a peek at the banners to make sure I didn't dream that my name was on there.... Thank you - both for the congrats and for reading this. I honestly, even after a year, am blown away by the response this story has gotten - and a little puzzled. When I sent the first chapter to my beta, I asked her to tell me honestly if I had a dud on my hands, because I was so worried the story idea wouldn't work. Little did I know, eh?
