Perfect for Sam to have Dean's back, and for Dean to be able to regain his strength... Now, I'm just sorry it's over.... Summary:

Date: 23/03/07 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 Awesome! You've captured exactly what I was thinking. It is Sammy's pain more than anything that guts Dean. I love the dogs. My Dad was the same way. He loved pets but couldn't bear it when they died. Oh, thank you! Yes, Dean manages to handle his own considerable pain, but dealing with Sammy's pain is unbearable for him. Yes, a sensitive heart finds losing a pet unbearable too. They become a part of your family and it is so hard to let them go. Take care, B.J. Summary:
He was surely dying. You could not be feeling this and not be dying. He had to be dying. Please, let me be dying! This was too much to live with, Sam wanted it to end, needed it to end. Oh god it hurt so much, so bad, oh god make it stop, make it stop, make it STOP! He couldn’t speak, couldn’t do anything but scream in total anguish, not knowing where his body began or ended, feeling, hearing, seeing nothing but the pain being afflicted on his being. Date: 31/03/07 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 This seems like your most ambitious story yet. This chapter just leaves me begging to know more - really, begging here... Dean as a teacher, oh - yummy! How sad is it that Sam echos Dean's words from season 1 -"It's all I have" - meaning teaching - seems to me he still has Dean. I do have one small bone to pick though: as a teacher, I always prickle at the "those who can't, teach" line. I gotta tell ya, ya gotta be able to do, to teach.... Author's Response: I agree with you on that line - actually, a friend of mine said it to me one day last year, so I decided to throw it in. I'm a qualified staff trainer, and a qualified bookkeeper, so I do and I teach - proving that the line is wrong. (I didn't agree with my friend either, but I didn't tell her that) The fleshing out of the previous year will be told in flashbacks - and I've thrown everything at this story - hope you can hang in with me to the end, and the huge plot twist I'm going to chuck in...

Date: 02/04/07 Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 2 AAAWWWW - the hugging! You really are trying to kill us with all this suspense... Seriously though, this is a great buildup. I'm enjoying Dean in full big brother mode, but where was he when all this was going down with Sam? Hard to believe that angsty Dean could have picked up and got on with life - a life that seems to be without hunting? Looking forward to more - and I just know that Jeremy Turner is going to be trouble with a capital T - and hey, doesn't that rhyme with pool?!

Date: 06/04/07 Title: Chapter 4: Chapter 4 I can almost forgive you for that horrible cliffy because this chapter is just soooo good. I love what you do with the pool game and Sam's rendezvous - really well written. How perfect is it that Sam is with someone who can't stop asking questions?! I just know that Dean is going to regret getting Jeremy to stay - I see a whole world of Dean angst if anything happens to the kid now! Soooo, you did say that chapter 5 was all but written, right? So you're going to post soooon, right??????

I was sure that the student getting possessed would be Jeremy. Are we going to get to see the field trials? I can't imagine what this will do to Dean if he can't be the one to save Sam. I'm really hoping that Jeremy isn't really, really dead - just when he'd finally gotten his s*** together. Please promise your muse some cookies for staying at work just a little longer.... Summary: Dean always thought he was prepared for Sam to leave him again, until it actually happened.

Date: 10/04/07 Title: Chapter 5: Chapter 5 OMG! What a freakin' great chapter!!!! I just about fell off my chair laughing. Thank you for not forgetting the manbag (why do I find that soooooo funny?). I loved the opening story about shooting the impala and poor Dean's running commentary that you kept up for the entire chapter. Loved the spoon reference (Robin Hood?). The drunken sleep with head injury sleep - lol again. The hide and seek village idiot, perfect. "Do you feel dead?" Okay, just too much that I loved about this whole chapter.... But Pleeeeeaaaassssee throw poor Dean a bone before his poor head does explode - how the heck is he gonna get them out of this?????? Can't wait to read more.

So, was this reality Sam seeing himself in the past in an asylum or was his vision in the last chapter the other reality Sam in an asylum? I think I may have confused myself.... Loved put me in a dress and call my Dumbledore! The hunter self-help brochures were also hilarious.

Date: 18/04/07 Title: Chapter 8: Chapter 8 Evil, evil, author! What a nasty cliffy to leave us with! I think I have figured out what I love best about your writing - you share my love of hyperbole! (Sam is 15 feet tall...) As always, a terrific chapter. I love how you capture the ADD that is Dean's inner voice. Poor Dean, cursed to love his brother in both realities now. Can't wait to see how you are going to resolve this. Great lines as always: "Dean sometimes wondered if there was some kind of tiny demon living between his brain and his mouth that purposely fucked up everything he tried to say." Can't wait to see who/what opens the door.

Date: 22/04/07 Title: Chapter 9: Chapter 9 Oh yeah - MR. BLOND EXPRESSION!!!!!! I LOVE Tarantino - if you haven't seen Death Proof yet, you HAVE to - it is my new all time favourite movie (until I can see Ten Inch Hero, of course). OMG - salt canister between the eyes... "Sam's girly pathetic thing" - being choked?! LOL Fuck is pretty easy to lip read. So I guess you can tell the point at which I just couldn't stop reading. This is brilliant on just so many levels. Just WOW! Fabulous chapter. I just love all of the pop references (in case you couldn't tell). Can't wait for the next chapter. I wish there was a way to give you more than five stars for this!!!!

Date: 02/05/07 Title: Chapter 10: Chapter 10 OMG! Time for Dean to get back to Sammy! As always, a great chapter with tons of great lines. My particular favourite this time around - Dean holding Sam up - in a manly way, of course! I'm dying to know what is going on with "real" Sam. Of course, I'm also worried about "new" Sam now - how will Dean protect them both - 'cuz ya know he's gonna wanna!
