I skimmed over the intro and started getting a strange feeling of deja vu when I read the flashback, then I realized why. This is the sequel to Enough from Sam's pov that I asked you to write;-) Very nicely done, thanks for the early Christmas pressie!

Wow, a good dose of Halloween horror and gore. But, is the Sickle Man really still alive and kicking or were there two of them?   Sue

Overall, I really liked this, but I don't think Dean would cry. He'd shed tears over his Dad's funeral pyre, or Sammy's body, but not when his little brother could see it. Dean would be glad to see Sammy crying, tho, since it'd be proof that he's still his Sammy. And you've got me thinking about the talk between Dean and YED at the cemetery. Voices travel further at night, what if Sam heard YED's question, and in addition to Dean wondering if he's 100% Sammy, Sam is wondering the same thing? Hmmm

Thanks for the story, it was very enjoyable. Now if only Sam would just tell Dean about what Ruby said about Mom and Mom's friends being dead...

Well, I do like the way you juxtapose horror and humor. And the two halves of the case are about to collide. Good work!  Sue

A chapter full of scenery-ogling, yum! I really liked the diner scene, it nicely strung together Dean's big brother mode, Sam's fear, and expained the origin of the title. Not to mention the pyschobabble at the end was just about priceless.

Did you get the idea from the SPN season 2 DVD special featurette? Sue

Well, Sammy survived his trip to the clown museum. I knew that jack-in-the-box had a clown in it, wasn't expecting the knife, tho. And I loved Dean's giving Buttons his bit of advice at the end of their visit.

Pinky was interesting, and a great way of showing that everyone knew about Cutler and the judge. Although, I've gotta wonder how, if everyone else knew, his wife didn't suspect or have some kind sould flat-out tell her?

Oh, creepy! Bartolo got his, and he deserved it, but now Dean has a little problem of his own. Sammy'd better be riding to his rescue in the next chapter!  Sue

This is a cool little vignette, I liked it, especially the 'never you' bit.

Whoa. I'm coming late to the party on this one, but this is an amazing start - full of angst and emo, all sorts of plot threads waiting to be woven together. Does the Gaiman Museum really exist or did you make it up? If it's real, your descriptions make me feel that I've been there, if it's made up of wholecloth, you do magical things with wholecloth! I'm not a graphic novel reader, but I have seen the Constantine movie (hence the Keanu opening to this review;-))

I am doling out reading this in pieces as a reward for getting some writing done. It's Monday, so I cheated and read the chapter first, I have to go write now.
