Date: 13/01/08 Title: Chapter 13: Chapter 13 Dean as Alice is a fun little image, isn't it? Sign of too much TV in my childhood perhaps. He really has always been Sam's light, although I expect Sam's far more aware of that than he is. Even "approaching adulthood" it's still a shame that Dean can only find peace in not needing John ot provide for them, boing assured he can do it himself if he has to. So, off to save the girl... Date: 03/01/08 Title: Chapter 12: Chapter 12 Sadly my review thought process is being somewhat overwhelmed by a tiny litany at my knee that says "want watch Frosty Snow, want cheerios" over and over inspite of the fact that I addressed both those issues fifteen minutes ago - isn't toddler sleep avoidance wonderful? That said, forgive me any bizarre comments. This is delightfully crafted, very believable angst interplay amongst the characters. I like the idea of a life so diffent that you actually teach a child the best way to run away from home at eleven. I have an eleven year old - can't imagine ..... So, I'm assuming Sam has good reason to worry? More soon I hope! That's okay Angela, my writing process is somewhat overwhelmed by the tiny litany at my knee...As for toddler sleep avoidance I wouldn't wish that one on my worst enemy, I'm feeling for ya...lol. So glad you enjoyed the story and yeah it just made sense to me that as thorough as John was he'd have a plan for the boys to follow if things went sour. - Thanks for reading and I'll update soon - K

Date: 20/01/08 Title: Chapter 14: Chapter 14 "Knock on the door and politely tell them they have a haunted book" --- Hey who knows, could work! lol- might work better than falling on their nose when Caroline opened the door - too funny. Nightmares being back can't be good and I love that uneasy feeling of Caroline's that maybe there's more connection between the dreams and what happened last year with Beth than she wants to think. Date: 27/01/08 Title: Chapter 15: Chapter 15 Think Caroline and Beth just got a crash course in exactly what sort of "investigator" John and the boys might be! I like the pace, rollicking action tales are fun, but if every story was like that, it would get dull too. This is a bit different and I think allows for more character development. Eager for more - and it is cute that you said it's not action packed and still managed to slide a cliffe in there - lol. - Angela

The interactions between the brothers fit the characters to a tee, but they aren't predictable,which is what I love about this.
