Date: 01/10/09 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 hi. that was a really really good story. i enjoyed the fact that, despite how far apart the brothers are on the show, you chose to concentrate on the closeness between them both. it was a welcome relief from all the angst that a lot of other writers are focusing on at the moment. thank-you x x helen Not a problem, Helen, and thank you so much for your review. I do like to focus on the brotherly bond, because even though it got very stretched and shaky - even fragile - during S4, I still believe it was there, and that they do still love and care for each other. They were just being pushed into two different directions, mostly by forces beyond their control. And I hope that they both finally remember that they had help in splitting up, and get back together in S5. The closeness wasn't the easy, noticeable relationship they had in the early days just after Sam left for Stanford, but it wasn't entirely gone.
