Date: 22/07/09 Title: Chapter 1: Mr Brightside Wow great start to the sequel. I've been hanging out for this. Dean shot Bobby's dogies. Guess this means his recovery is to long and toturous???? Please tell me it is so??? I know I'm sick. I'm sorry I can't help it. Where this beautiful man is concerned (if a man can be beautiful then he is) I just love to see him wounded phsically and mentally. Oh dear I think I need help. That being said hope I don't have to wait too long for my next fix. Silvertayl Author's Response: DeanGal = sick puppy. What is it about that boy that makes us want to hurt him so? I think it's the Missy Bender that's buried in all of us! Poor dogs. But hey: they were fictional dogs!;-) Yup, the boy is a mess, a skinny, hollow-cheeked, bruised eye, stubbled jaw mess. He is such a mess he might even be wearing the Faith hoodie all through this story... ;-) Have four and a half chapters written thus far, dude, bar tweaking, so expect an update on Sunday!

Wow: as you can imagine I nearly fell off my chair to see those reviews! I haven't been back since postign that chapter and expected to see pretty much the usual zip or just one or two. It definitely motivates me to post Chapter 9 here [should be Sunday-ish] and see what happens! I noticed too that posting this Sunday seemed to keep me at the top of Just Added for longer so maybe that also made a difference... Thanks for being so supportive, hun - I really appreciate it!

Date: 30/01/10 Title: Chapter 23: Just Keep Swimming Hi again Kate I have just finished reading The Killing Moon, after re-reading The Woods first. Wow both were fantastic, excelently written, fast paced and addictive; leaving me wanting more. Because you left a few things up in the air such as Lee, my nephew's name by the way, being still out there and what happened to Missy she's still out there somewhere as well, I'm hoping you are planning another story to make this a trilogy? Please say you are? I love the way you have written Kathleen, you give her character depth and make her come to life. Brilliant!!! Sorry this review is so long coming but trying to juggle reading, writing and RL is time consuming. Keep up the good work, thanks for the entertainment and the escape from the hum drum of RL. What an epic tale they both are, huh? ;-) I'm so pleased you like KH... it's tough to get an OFC past this fandom! I did my best not to turn her into some wilting damsel in distress. You might be interested to know that a fanfic buddy of mine, cerridwen7777 [she doesn't post here] is doing a story in this verse over on FF.net right now - if you search fr her profile page you'll find it. I am partway through writing another story that picks up the verse in S4 post-Hell so it isn't a direct follow-on. No spoilers, but I think you will like it... ;-) I've completed nine chapters and want to get it pretty much finished so I can then polish it up as I post. I hope to start that maybe early March, so I hope to see you then! Summary:

I was sad that Dean tossed it but I understand why as you said in this piece everyone's let him down and he's given up, well almost? Like you the ending of this episode left me shattered and heartbroken for Dean, Sam and Cas. Thanks for this, it expressed everything I myself was feeling.
