Date: 13/09/07 Title: Chapter 9: Chapter 9 John's criticism of Dean protecting Sam really makes me angry (good job, by the way)! He says he can't be with them because it puts them in danger, yet he criticizes Dean (who is always there for Sam) for not protecting his brother. At least John did something for the boys. The vanishing spell was genius!

Date: 11/10/07 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1 WOW! A lot happening in the first chapter! Intriguing idea for a story, too. My guess is that Watson is dead and is affecting Dean to look after Max. I'm eager to see how Max came to be in the clutches of whomever held her captive and what the mysterious, horrifying sight is that continues to haunt the Winchesters. Was it an entire group of pregnant women and only Max made it out alive? I know, keep reading. Author's Response: You got it. The cult was sacrificing the pregnant women for some reason. That's when the Winchesters showed up and rescued Max. Hopefully, your other questions were answered in the next chapter. Thanks again for your review!

Date: 11/10/07 Title: Chapter 3: Chapter 3 Things are starting to add up with Dean, Watson and Max. Now we just have to solve the mystery of how and why she was chosen by the cult (or whatever it was). Love Dean's sarcastic wit! Only a Winchester would think a gun appropriate for pain relief.
Author's Response: I'm trying really hard to weave all the pieces together in a way that I hope is not too obvious. Dean's a wonderful character, although I may beat him up a little too much. Thanks!

Date: 11/10/07 Title: Chapter 4: Chapter 4 Now I'm really curious! Something must be about to happen because I don't think a glock can chase away a "borrowing" sprirt. Was it Max's dad who got he involved with the cult? And did he do the same thing with his wife? He mentioned she and Max shared the same special quality. Author's Response: Thanks for your response! Really, John's spirit (inhabiting Dean) needed the gun for something and so grabbed it out of the trunk and took off in the car. Unfortunately, Dean was along for the ride! The spirit ran out of energy to keep control over Dean when they got to the steel mill and Dean "woke" up. I hope that clears any questions up on that. Max's dad definitely has something to do with the cult, but maybe not what you think. More details to follow in the next chapter.
