sign.pngGreetings from the UK, from the county of Berkshire not far from a town called Ascot (that's right, where the Queen goes to the races at Royal Ascot every June). She never calls in to see me though. :(

My friends call me Dizzo - among other things - but my Mum and Dad call me Jane.

Life on Planet Dizzo is fun and simple and really quite unremarkable ... By day my alter-ego works in human resources, in my spare time I divide my time between drawing and painting and writing fanfic. I am blessed with a fantastic family, a wonderful husband and excellent health.  I am a woman of simple tastes - a nice large glass of New Zealand Sauvingnon Blanc and a naughty joke is all I need to put a smile on my face :) I have a steel rod in my arm, a tattoo of a rabbit on my back and a warped sense of humour.

I'm a fairly recent discoverer of the joy that is Supernatural, and now it is fair to say I am completely hooked; and not a little amazed and astounded that I managed to miss this amazing show and these two INCREDIBLE AND BEAUTIFUL boys for so long ... what was I doing with the first 40 years of my life ... ?

Confession time: I am a 100% Dean Girl. Don't get me wrong, Sam is adorable; and I certainly wouldn't kick him out on a cold night, but Dean ... he reminds me of my favourite type of chocolates; all hard and crunchy on the outside and all soft, gooey and incredibly sweet on the inside (hey, and a face that melts ovaries at fifty paces - I forgot to mention that bit)! Two gorgeous, stunning guys in the same TV programme? Like I said, I'm a woman of simple tastes ...

I only read and write Supernatural stories; it's the only programme I care about enough to bare my soul by writing for. I'm definitely a hurt!Dean/comforting!Sam girl, but I like most kinds of stories that involve my favourite characters. And most of all, I really enjoy a good giggle at the expense of our beautiful boys.

So, welcome to my dazed, nerdy and confused little world ... oh and feel free to review my stuff; would love to know what you think!!

Hey, I've just discovered this site, fancy meeting you here!

I just read this on ff.net and loved it!

Author's Response:

Hey, welcome to the site!  I've been here for a few years now but had gotten out of the habit of posting much 'cause I wasn't sure people were still interested.

But it's great to see my friends show up over here.  It's been a fun place.

Thanks for the kind words.

Summary: SPOILER WARNING - A short tag to Plucky Pennywhistle's Magical Menagerie. Picks up as the car drives off. The brothers deal with a bit of aftermath from their latest hunt. And then there's that gift Sam gave to Dean.

Since FF.net is being a bitch and won't let me read this over there, I've come over here to read it and I'm so glad I did.

I can just picture Dean's gleeful face at his giant slinky, and the double entendre around the 'giant slinky' comment was love!

And I loved the final scene of Dean looking out for Sam's nightmares :)

Author's Response: I'm thrilled to hear that you liked it.  The episode was a gold mine for ideas and for brotherly love.  Thanks for reading and reviewing!
