Okay, I just had to come back and read it again. And yep, the freakin' suspense is STILL killing me. There were some special little bits in this chapter. The idea of Sam wearing Dean's leather jacket while Dean was in the coma was just a fantastic "awwww" moment. I also really enjoyed the vulnerability displayed when Dean was reduced to crawling on the hospital floor while trying to get dressed. OH--and the part where his own jeans fell off him because of all the weight and body mass he's lost. Awww, THAT was great too. As was Dean having to stop the elevator because the downward motion was making him ill and then he gets all claustrophobic. Love it! (I think some day you need to explore that in another story.)

So not too much or too slow, I don't think I will sleep at all tonight, can't calm down after reading this. A descent into hell, as first Julia's tortures continued and Trent insane to a feral extent, absolutely frightening!; and now Dean (violently ill again) is on his way to stop Trent and rescue Julia, alone (!!), didn't expect this, hoped Sam and Bobby would be with him to confront Trent but I'm not so sure anymore they can make it in time, what a dread! A heartbeat chapter!! (A detail I really enjoyed here was Trish telling Dean that Sam wore his jacket to find some comfort, lovely thought!)

Author's Response: Apparantly the Sundarbarans in India is one of the largest forests in the world. On that note, I've decided to take Dean, drop him in the center of it bound and blindfolded and told him to try and find his way out. That's how far out of the woods that poor guy is. As for Julia...well, hmm. Seriously, glad you liked the update, even if there's no new word on poor Dean's condition yet. (It's coming though, honest)

Definitely dark, awesome dark!!! Nearly couldn't stand Trent talking about Dean and what he did to him; disgusting how much he enjoys to torture his victims, his words rotten, like poison gas! It's a horror situation for Julia, admirable the way she withstands, very brave. Wonderful detail both Julia and Trent have blue eyes, couldn't be more different so. Fantastic chapter!!
Author's Response: Keeping the dark going! It was a little unsettling the way Trent talked about Dean like he was a piece of meat on a butcher's block, wasn't it? Didn't think it was that cold and calculated until now, but that just makes him all the more evil, doesn't it?
