Author's Response: Ya got me, always been a horrid speller and for some reason right now when I run spell checker through word pad it erases all the paragraph breaks. Hey, it's not undignified to beg for a review....it's a prerogative... ;) So glad that Derrick Weaver's dead.... serves him right...and i's always knew that Abby would only think of herself, that selfish witch...is this setting up to be a sequel for another story, hopefully when Dean and Sam are older?? i hope Dean and John would be ok!
Author's Response: You're right, the boys do need to be older to completely deal with her - that story will get told sooner or later. Glad killing Derrick worked for you - definitely deserved it, but since he's the only bad guy here that's actually human, I debated about doing it. Thank you for the read and review!

Wow! You shouldn't have to beg for reviews for this story! A great chapter - love the action... And Abigail - what a b****!!! Great evil villain. Speaking of evil, though - truly evil cliffie! Looking forward to the next chapter, but I'm sad it's going to be the end... Sure you can do it in one? I mean, Abigail is going to come for Sam cuz he's got the brand, right? and now John and Dean are injured.... Really, if you need another extra chapter - go for it!
Author's Response: Yeah, Abigail pretty much flunked charm school... lol... Thank you so much for the review! I'm pretty sure one and an epilogue will do it for this, mostly cause I'm mean and I'm not gonna resolve that brand issue. Whole other tale for that, part of which is already written. Thought about including it here, but Abby really is a a b**** and the boys are too young to let her loose on them again just yet. Hopefully leaving that hanging won't dissapoint?

Aahhh, so brave, so resourceful, so resigned, locking the door to bar the way, rather than escaping to live without Sam. Well, he certainly managed to create havoc and it looks like he'd have taken a good few of the coven with him but YEAH!! John to the rescue. Wicked cliffie but at least you let John get there before the end. It's a lovely thought that his mum would be there right at the end with him, comfort turning to warning when Abigail turned up as a threat. I don't want this to end but I can't wait to read Dean's reaction to finding Sam's still alive. I'm still looking forward to John doing some practical work on his anger management issues!! John to the rescue!!! Hooray!! Dean is smart. Waiting for the best chance to create the worst chaos....although it's kinda sad that he chose to die when Sammy's dead, but that's a given isn't it.... Can't believe it's ending!

I love this story, it's so good. Dean thinking he failed as he's about to die. I'm glad he's breaking out of his depression and is about to do something though. Him going down without a fight just didn't seem right! I love this story, i said that twice... Please add more soon!

Great brotherly advice from Dean about being scared...and at last there luck seems to be on the change. Been wondering why it is that so many stories have this underlying Wee!nchester - taken by evil human - theme and I've arrived at the conclusion that this is trully our worst and most evil nightmare and nightmares are what the show is all about. So although it may not be enjoyable to read it kind of fits. So glad Sam is safe and with his Dad ...now for Dean...
Author's Response: I think you're right. No matter what sort of parent - child relationship you may have, at a bare minimum you have to keep your child physically safe. To be put in a position where that isn't possible is our worst nightmare. Likely the only thing out there to shake John in his boots. At least Sam is safe. Thanks so much for the review.

Suffering? Hell no! Really enjoying this - love your reach back to Salem. Abigail makes a great villian and I love fatherlyprotective!John ~ it's always nice to find an author who doesn't give John a bad rap.... I'll never believe that he was a totally worthless father who didn't love his boys - he may have been a bit misguided but I've never doubted his love for Sam and Dean....
Author's Response: I guess I always see John as afraid to let how he feels out, that if he lets himself be soft for a minute he'll get the boys killed and fail them and Mary. Misguided at times to be sure, but never unloving, even when he does the wrong thing. Thanks so much for the review!
