Love the part with the nurses fussing over Dean, fighting to push him in the wheelchair. That was hilarious! And the quick peck that the doc got in, very clever, I'da done the same. lol

Dean having nightmares is so unfair, I really felt for him. So lucky Sam brought the shot gun:)

Love the twist Silvertayl, I am mighty pleased!

So now they must salt and burn the bitch, can't wait.
