Wonderful story! I especially like the dramatic effect of trailing off at the end because we all know that even when (if) Dean goes to hell Sam won't stop fighting to free him.

Hi. i'm a confirmed Dean-girl and this is really pure Sam but boy did it move me to tears. I have a big brother who is so important to me and the tears are coming now when I think how I would feel to be Sam in this situation. Write some more - you're good! thanks Birdie x

Woah this is amazing and amazingly sad..I love the whole take on the finality of Dean's deal. So perfect one of my fav lines "because dean was stille dean and dean was an ass"
