"Small price to pay now I’m the only one you got." Isaac smiled ever so slightly. "Your mother left because of you and now Dean's leaving you." OMG I HATE Isaac he is such an asshole! OMG this was SOOOO SAD! poor Dean! Poor Camyll...Dude you broke my heart! I do love how this explains Dean's aversion to letting any woman close again. Great and heartbreaking job!

Dean cleared his throat. "...Me too." Camyll raised an eyebrow. "You too..." "Before." Dean scratched his head. "What you said a minute ago..." "I love you?" "Yeah that... me too." TOO CUTE!!! and SO DEAN! Very sweet scene between the two love birds! and the getting caught scene was very funny too love that you had that comedic moment there to balance out the angst to come... Poor Dean and Camyll...they're like Romeo and Juliet being kept apart by their fathers!

Seriously John...*shakes head* you're injured ya let Dean drive! This was a great chapter! really love how both Dean and Camyll find solace in each other how being with her makes Dean want to open up to her. See now Camyll has a point about saving the day and Isaac was being stupid heading out alone on that hunt...but she was no better running off after him on her own. Pig headed the both of them! I love that Dean wanted to defend her when Isaac is giving her hell!

Great description! I really could picture the room as you described it. Poor Camyll I really felt for her! Not lovin' Isaac he seems more upset about being left with her to care for than that his wife left. It's almost like it wouldn't have bothered him as much if she'd taken Camyll with her.

Geez, Isaaac is an ass for smiling while his daughter is suffering. And I can't believe he blames her for her mother leaving. Even if it's the reason, a father should never say that. The talk between Dean and John was so touching! At nineteen you think you'll never love another person again, but you grow and change and time heals your heart. It's neat that John doesn't promise Dean's pain will end just to get him to do what he wants. He actually considers his feelings and compares them to what he felt for Mary. He doesn't belittle Dean's love for Camyll or say its only infatuation or puppy love. That impressed me. The line, "I just wanted to be your weakness" was incredible!

I knew the time would come when they'd have to leave Camyll but it was still sad. You wrote perfectly the way I imagined Dean would express the L word. Great job!

I like the reason you gave for Dean liking colombo and other detective shows. That was good thinking. Great explanation why Camyll acts out around Dean. Poor girl! I'm so glad Dean and Camyll are able to put aside their differences and make peace somtimes. They have more in common then they want to acknowledge.

I've been wanting to read your work but when Alli recommended I get to know Camyll, I made it priority number one. (Had to check out Asher's competition. Hee!) I like the rivalry between the two older children and the fact that Camyll is a tomboy. My older daughter was a tomboy growing up and now she's a knock out (according to some boys).

OMG! I cried when I read the ending. This is a really great story asnd written really well. The ending is so sad though, losing someone you love like that. Good story.

I think the reason why Dean loves Camyll but finds it harder to express it than she does...she's a little more comfortable being who is she, a tom boy who is a little bit wilder than Dean...i.e She wants him and makes it clear, she hates him and she makes that clear, she loves him and it just comes out, she's a real bullet!! I love her...lol If their fathers found out they were sneaking around, Dean didn't know what he would do but Camyll already knew she would defy her dad to be with him. She's honest with him and herself but Dean isn't always honest with her or himself...I just LOVE this story and wish I could watch it happen on SPN. I can't wait to read the next chapter, Dean's leaving town, leaving our Camyll behind. *Sobs* Kaide xxxx

older and more fiery, I love Camyll even more, I like how now they're older Dean is attracted to her. Shes a sexy tomboy and she's certaintly got Deans attention. hehehe Love the cheeky little scene with them making out in secret. She is very stubborn, wanting to go hunting against her dads wishes. I kinda get the feeling, John and Bobby are more maternal towards her than Isaac, not much contact going on between them. So admirable how Dean rushes out to protect Camyll when he realizes she's gone alone. Some nice action in this chapter too, I was worried for Camyll for a minute when her head hit a rock. I was still rooting for Dean though. Then a nice surprise, Camyll's first hunt and she rocks it and puts a end to Goblin. Kick ass scene!!! Very very well written. I'm looking foward to more Dean&Camyll moments, can't get enough of those right now. AWESOME CHAPTER... Kaide xxx

I am really and truly warming to Camyll Rayne. She is just soo real to me, she's like my reflection , tough exterior but soft middle. I love characters that I can connect with and Camyll is so great. I adore Camyll and Dean's love hate relationship, very realistic situations. Love how cheeky she is, kicks him where it hurts and then asks to share his bed cause she's scared. Adorable!!! Kaide xxx

Hey did you know that in the show Dean got that necklace from Sam at Christmas time, one christmass when John couldn't come home. Yeah and it is a egyption charm meaning a ox or a bull i dono some thing like that. It it for the protectinon of a warrior. But any who great great stuff.

I wrote the necklace part in because we had no idea why he had it and I thought it'd be sweet.
