"A long time ago, like last week, he had decided he was going to be Spiderman but at the last minute changed his mind and decided that being a fireman was way cooler." That is SO true of kids lol for my daughter last week is like years ago! Loved the irony of having Sam dressed as a clown! hehehe and the peanut m&ms comment was too cute and made me chuckle. Very nice job honey! a sweet look into life before it was tainted by the YED. bags and bags of peanut m&ms to you for this heartwarming little story!

This's so cute, I really like this one. I have never read a fan fic that tells 'bout the time before the fire. So this was something new! Very sweet story and the great, menacing end. Lovely job Vanessa!

Ah v that was really sweet forgive the pun. So nice to think that Dean did have a normal childhood before his mom died. Thanks for reminding us. Lorraine
Author's Response: Yeah, he got four short years of normal. I love weaving bits and pieces of those half forgotten memories into my stories for him. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Hopefully, it wasn't sickening sweet.

Awww...yeah, this would be right before the fire, wouldn't it? That's soooo sad how you ended it, but it's an adorable story! I loooove little Dean!!! Hee hee, a fireman...and a clown!!!
