This is the first of your stories I have read and I will most definately be reading more as it was lovely. Marilyn is a warm and wise character and so good for Sam when he is so scared. His clinging to Dean's (John's?) jacket is so sweet and vulnerable i just wanted to go and hold his hand until it was all OK.
You descriptions of 'complicated' Dean were wonderful and you made me laugh out loud with the "Dean looked angry, then majorly pissed. "That sonofabitch broke my face?" line! So sweet vulnerability, drama, complex emotion, lovely characterisation and humour in one fic! Splendid! Thanks for sharing.

I think this is the most desolate and desparate I have ever read Sam. His need to disclose to a stranger spoke volumes about how lost he was and how he needed reassurance. Thank goodness for your wonderful Marilyn.
Your scene where the boys were talking together was heartwrenching - Sam's need to talk out his feelings, gratitude was very emotional. i just loved all Dean's affirmations every turn that Sam took. *teary*

I'm so glad you brought this wonderful fic over to the site. I think it was the first of yours that I read. I usually can't do fics with tons of OC's cuz I like to spend all my time with Dean and Sam, but I like your OC in this so much.
