Great imagery: And now Dean was going to die, and what could Sam do but sit and watch the sand sift through the hour glass? In that final moment, when the last grain fell, what the hell was he supposed to do? & He heard Dean talking to him. How long had they been talking? Sam’s vision was a fish darting in and out of filtered sunlight, fading and blurring as his older brother’s words washed upon his consciousness. The end was so heavy (in a good way). Perfect ending, really tied everything together & gave it more substance, more power to the whole story.

Well it doesn't come across that way. This was AWSOME.
It was also very painful-Sam is killing himself and Dean needs to understand that his brother will die with him.
You have captured all the torment they are going thru.
OUTSTANDING work!!!!!!

Very well done! I enjoyed this story...I'm used to writing from all points of view kind of omnipotent...I have a very hard time writing from only once character's perspective...You obviously have no problem with it! Again great job I look forward to reading more from you.

so much emotion... written so well... showing how Sam is making himself ill... just waiting for the new season to start... I keep thinking... HOW IS DEAN GOING TO GET OUT OF THIS... AND WHAT IS SAM GOING TO DO TO SAVE HIM....
