I'm not a poem person unless it comes with a great tune, but I liked your work. Looking forward to a story soon.
Author's Response: Well I might just have to put the poem to music then don't I? :) And yes hopefully the story will be up soon. I want to get at least one more chappy done before I send it in. Thanks very much!

Very good job! There are so many parts I like, it's hard to pick one fav bit... But I think it could be the ending: And though they live in danger They’re brothers all the same Cherishing good memories To keep a sense of innocence Despite a world insane. It's true, their lives are dangerous, hard, even bizarre and things are not well in their world. But despite all that they're just like any other siblings. Are you planning on posting more poems or fics in here?
Author's Response: Thank you! I am actually working on a story right now. I am hoping to complete a couple of chapters before I start to post it here. Unfortunately, my muse hasn't brought any more poems to my attention. But I should be posting my fic soon. And I hope people will enjoy it. Thank you again!

Wow multiskilling at it's best....getting such an accurate portrait of the boys AND communicating it in rhyme! Your muse must have been working double time!!! Loved "...being heroes does not come with, Peace or thanking words." and the equally true "They never ask for more, Get less than they deserve." Great first posting!
Author's Response: Thank you thank you! My muse just kind of sneak attacked me, and I'm glad it did!

Hey that's kinda cool! like the 'despite a world insane' line. Says it all about the Winchester destiny doesn't it! Bird x
Author's Response: I will admit I had to get my boyfriend to help me with that last line, the original line was a bit flimsy. Awkward pacing. Thanks a bunch Birdie!

Wow! You nailed the Winchesters' life! What a beautiful and sad poem.
Author's Response: Thank you. For you to say that I nailed it, makes me enjoy this poem even more. And I'm very happy that I decided to post it on this wonderful site. Otherwise I would have never been able to hear (err, read rather) how much other people, like yourself, have enjoyed this humble poetic offering. Thanks again!

Generally I'm not one for poems, but I thought what the heck I'll check it out! I'm glad I did! I really enjoyed it...very well written. I particularly liked your description of the car :) Thanks for sharing, hope to see more from you!
Author's Response: Thanks. I love that car, she definitely had to have her own verse.

This was fantastic! I don't usually gravitate toward poems, but as I was validating I read and I felt chills run up my arms and tears burn the backs of my eyes. Could have been the scalding hot sip of coffee I took just before reading -- but I think it was the way you captured our heros in a few simple words. :) Thanks so much for posting and I hope we see more of you bursts of inspiration around here. Always, always carry paper on you.
Author's Response: Thank you very much! And don't worry I'll always carry paper on me. ;)
