hey, i know it took me weeks, but i finally found time to come back to this great story. Loved every chapter, and son completely amazed by the fact that you're able to bring beautiful heart-wrenching lines immediatly followed by funny ones. "relying on Dean was like waiting for the sun to rise, it would always be there", followed by the ladies tanning in then backyards, excellent. And i think you're right about his fear of planes, not controlling things is unbereable for him...

I just re-read this story and couldn't believe that I never reviewed to tell you how much I enjoyed it. Love the interplay and banter between the boys - you have done a great job with them. Kerri is a fabulous character (and I generally hate new characters to the Supernatural universe, so you had an uphill battle there!). I am definately enjoying her in your two current fic's too. You are totally right about the flying thing - I often dream I am flying but hate to fly on a plane - totally a control thing - I don't even like someone else driving the car... Thanks for such a great story.
Author's Response: i am so glad you enjoyed the story. and i am glad that you like kerri. i am with you, i generally dont like stories with new characters is them. so i worked extra hard on her, trying to slowly fit her into their world. it is a great relief to hear that those months of work paid off :). i hope you continue to enjoy her and the other stories. thank you. :) ps. i am with you on the control thing too, but only in cars (i had a really bad accident) i love planes though.

I LOVED this story!!! I couldn't stop reading until I finished. Props to devonshire you really have a handle on the characters and Kerri was a great character I can't wait to read more of her. She was whole and not just thrown in for the sake of making the story work!
Author's Response: thank you so much. i'm glad you liked Kerri, i really but alot of work into making her right. she also appears in 'twilight' as an eleven year old and 'eternal' as an adult.

Hi, I read this elsewhere, and really enjoyed it. My only disappointment was Sam seemed to get over getting his memories back a little too easily and quickly. I would have liked to have gone into that a bit more, and seen some more interplay between he and Dean over that. Great story, Laura
Author's Response: great minds think alike! i was just thinking that while i was posting, and i think you may get your request. i am adding little things that were missing from the stories when i first posted them and, if i can, i was going to add some more of that back in. that was always something that had bothered me, but when i was originally writing, i couldnt for the life of me work it in, but now i have a few ideas. thank you for the review:)
