I really love this story, it's so different but still real. You stay true to the characters and yet have changed them so much that it's almost like they're different people, but then again they're not. Brilliant!! Can't wait to read the next chapter.

I know creative license is given in stories and sometimes reality is suspended---just wasn't sure if you knew John's tombstone read Jonathan E. Winchester?

Great chapter. I really love the detail you are putting into this story. Poor Dean - can't imagine a worse school for him. I'm torn between wanting Dean to stick it to the head master by getting awesome grades and being a star athlete and just getting the heck out of that hell hole.... Looking forward, as always, to the next chapter!

this is a good intro into the school and getting them out of bobby's.  i'm curious to see what's gonna happen on their first day.

Another good chapter.  I like that you mix educational information with the emotions, and difficulties recently diagnosed diabetics face.

Poor Dean---struggling with himself.  I hate it that he won't tqake care of himself, but I actually know young diabetics who behave in this same manner.  Good chapter.

these cliff hanger endings are killing me! i can't wait to find out what happens.

You explain how long-term illnesses affect the entire family in a manner that illustrates their difficulties and also evokes our compassion.  Good job!

Let me say just one thing ! I really love your story so far and you can't leave us without the end of it ! it's not fair !! Also I wanna say that I don't often read wee!chesters story 'cause they are not my favorites. So when I picked up yours I knew I was not gonna read it all, but here I am, waiting nervously for the end ! You made a great job with it. How many chapters are left ? and when are you gonna leave them on the site ?

I'm really glad you are ejoying the story.  As to how many chapters are left, I can't say for sure but there will  probably be a lot more.    I have many things planned and it just depends on how long winded I get. 

I have up to chapter 10 written and hope to post them within the next couple of days.  After that it may take me a little longer to update depending on schedule. 

Thanks for spoiling us with another long and detailed chapter. Very well written. I love how Bobby tries to connect with Dean. Poor boy, he gets to go to the carnival and screws up once more just because he can't bring himself to admit his diabetes to the others and take care of himself on time. I feel so sorry for him. Hope he is going to be ok. More please soon :)

Poor Sam, no wonder he feels pissed to leave his friends, everything seems to be revoling around Dean. But he loves his brother enough to realize that John had to make them move. I loved how you described John's struggle and the way he confessed his financial problems to the boys. I hope Dean will get over his feelings of guilt soon, it's tearing him apart.
