That was some superb writing guys! Loved that the whole town is infested with werewolves...and that the boys got out while the getting was good. I also agree with ciel, the conversation between Sam and Dean while Sam replaced the tires was incredibly poignant...made me ache for Dean. All in all, a fabulous job...hope you two collaborate more in the future!

Absolutely fab finale chapter. My stomach is so twisted and my nerves frayed from this. Will dying should have left us with relief, but the way you played it left me wanting to run to the end as the walk to get there was filled with dread that something else could happen. Suspense, you girls certainly know how to bleed it. The doc at the hospital backing away from the silver ring, eek! And his advice to get on out made me want the boys to just leave the car - like that would never happen - so we had the painful journey back and OMG if Sam didn't turn those wheel nuts any quicker I thought I'd die. Casually sitting back to look at Dean I was screaming for them to just get out of there as I personally couldn't take the anticipation and suspense anymore. The worst has got to be getting into the car with something out there in the woods, cracking branches and getting nearer. Like come on boys, in car, drive off, doors closing as you burn up the bitumen! LOL, I loved this in case you're wondering. *g Hope that you pair up again and do your own thing, both are equally happy places for a reader to be.

Wonderfully entertaining ladies, really a fabulous job. Nifty little twist with the doctor, (and the blonde at the end!) but my favourite parts were Dean telling Sam he couldn't blow the truck up by connecting the wrong wires, and this whole conversation: "We can be anyone we want, Sam," Dean slowly lifted his raw eyes to meet Sam's. "But… I just want to be Dean Winchester." Sam nodded. "And… I know it's stupid but," Dean shook his head, looking down. "Sometimes I want people to know what that means." Sam swallowed. "I know what it means." Just...guh! Perceptive, insightful, gut-wrenching. But if you're listening Dean, we know what it means too!

Again, I'm breathless from this! Everything from Dean's weakening body, to Sam playing protector, to Dean paralleling Will's decision to kill Henry with John's request...Guh, all of it is brilliant. Oh my... Late to review this, but I think you both know why. I didn't review in my typical style...just because I couldn't pause to highlight. I just kept reading, eating up everything! Guys that was wonderful! So action packed and the whole scene with Sam sewing up Dean had me wanting to scream. Poor Dean... Sam's revelation that he was jealous of Gordon also pulled at my heart. I just watched that scene the other day and I knew then that he wasn't just scared for Dean but jealous he'd confide in a perfect stranger. And Will! *laugh* Loved that twist ladies. Friday!!! That glass will be tinkering right up until you post again. He's coming through the window, which has just got to be behind the pair of them, that will be wicked and leave them totally defenceless! Sam will have his work cut out. Absolutely loved this chapter. I could literally feel the sweat stinging into poor Dean's wounds and feel how weak he is. I was flinching with every move he made, poor boy is in a bad way.

I actually read this chapter this morning. I was supposed to be getting ready for work, but I have the willpower of a gnat where your story is concerned - and I was late!!!!! It was worth it! This is just a fabulous chapter, I don't know where to begin. Dean's amazing perseverance through the pain of his injuries, trying to get to Sam; the description of the first battle between Will and Dean; the conversation on both sides of the basement door; Dean telling Sam to think like a woman; the very evil cliffie. Friday, huh? Looks like I'm going to be late for work again! Thanks so much ladies...really!

Whew! I have to catch my breath after reading that chapter! Amazing work you guys! I loved that Dean remembered the character's name that Nicholson played in the movie Wolf. Even beat to a bloody pulp, he can still recite movie trivia. God I love him! Can't wait to see Sam kick some werewolf ass....Friday is too far away!!

Oh you are sooo mean...friday....friday.!!! I'll have to wait til Sunday to read it......i'll die.... was so afraid Dean's was thinking suicide pact there towards the end.....was really sick that Will wanted to turn Dean and 'feed' him Sam for a first kill.....

Keeping Sam alive, keeping him safe, that is Dean's mantra... so by saying "don't you let it get you..." I saw that as a challenge to Sam from his big brother to kill the beast. And yeah, that was kinda nasty, wasn't it. *laughs evily* Glad you thought so. And if you're really, really nice to me, I might let you sneak a peak while you're in Lawrence so you don't have to wait until Sunday. GS (and Freyja)
