Author's Response: I promise -- this is my summer project. I'm not posting until it is finished though -- so once you start to see them come up, you will know it is done... I don't want to torture anyone with any more false starts. RL has been just crazy this last year -- 3 jobs and law school full time... Promise -- it's finished in my head, and I love this story too....

Hellooooo! Is anybody out there? Or did creepy forest dude get you? It's been forever and while I have countlessly finished the story in my head, I much prefer reading your ending. Hope real life is not too stressful and that it is just a matter of getting a fire under you. If it is, consider the fire lit!

Author's Response: Wow! I kinda of thought everyone had forgotten about me! Sadly, real life IS too stressful. I have this finished - in my head - and I will finish it - but I'm afraid that I just don't have time to do it justice at this time. I hope that you can be patient a bit longer....

Author's Response: I feel sooo badly that I haven't updated this - I truly do have it finished in my head and WILL finish it here - unfortunately real life has me in a vice grip at the moment. Author's Response: I haven't forgotten this story!!! I was hoping to get an update up almost a month ago, but real life has unfortunately intruded.... My mother is very ill, I'm working two jobs and attending law school full time.... I really am planning to update soon though - i have the whole story plotted out - just have to find the time to write it!! Please, please, stick with me - I promise it will be worth it!!! Finally made it back to the story. But - lunch break is over - got to pay the staff now (damn it!) so only got to read the next chapter.

Got to love Dean trying to pretend nothing's wrong when he can't even walk by himself. And creepy roof dude keeps moving...somehow, I don't think that's going to be very good for our favourite hunters....Jules

Awesome story! Love the brotherly banter you've got going on, the little remark about the wicked witch, and Dean being forced to admit Sam was right...so sweet.

Poor Dean is taking one hell of a beating! And, being the sick puppy I am, I love it! Hurt!Dean is my favorite :)

It just gets worse and worse, now they've got 2 crazy spirits to deal with. With a bit of luck they'll be to busy fighting each other and sam+dean can escape, but when does winchester luck work like that?

Very good chapter!  Your writing style is easy to follow and you do a great job with Sam and Dean's brotherly relationship.

I can't believe Dean is just going to leave "his baby's" jack.
