Nooo...After the great day Dean and John had together and thatfor the first John was more himself, Sara is trying to put John in a psychiatric institution for the rest of his life. What Sara meant about the surprise, don't tell me that in that alternative universe Sam embraced the dark side and he's demonic. Riveting story, I so can't wait for more.

Why do I think that everything is NOT going to be ok? I'm a little confused about John's memories of hunting with Dean. Did he hunt with Dean in this reality or is he able to channel memories from Dean's other reality? I'm sure I'm just being dense....

Yeah, the idea is that he was hooked into the other reality. So he was fed John's thoughts and that was why they thought this John was delusional.
