Don't be its funny how you've writen the character of SAM to take care of his older brother. Which he awakes him from slumber just to make sure his brother was still intact. Its very cute. My rating is:) 125 +++++

oh no.. no no no.. I've come to the end!!! HELP!!! You're going to updated aren't you?? Pleazzzzzze!!!!

 Seriously loving this story and the many layers to John's relationship with the boys as seen through Bobby's eyes and what started Bobby's anger with John, and more importantly, I could see how Dean and Bobby bonded like this. Makes perfect sense.

 Oh, please tell me you're going to update.. puuuuleeeeeze. *insert shameless beggin here*

I'm really glad to be able to give you some good news here! I'm just working on the next chapter. It should be a nice juicy long one, so may be a week or so before it's posted. After that there will likely be one more chapter and then the end chapter (which is half written - and actually posted on ff.net). I will be finishing this story here and Dark and Stormy which is my other WIP here as I started them here. I have, however, stopped posting here on a regular basis. I have quite a few newer fic on ff.net under the name deangirl1 if you want to check them out....

Good characterization of Bobby, you really bring him to life, which is impressive considering he has less screen time & we know less aobut him.  But you seemed to get him down really well. 

You also gave good insight into John's psyche. 

I'm really eager to discover the rest of Bobby's story just as much as Sam is in this story.

Awww...damn, lisa!! after just watching tonight's eppy and now this chappy, my heart is breaking for Dean!! I love how you explore the relationship between Bobby and Dean and the hidden need that every child has to have those he loves feel pride in his accomplishments.  I also think it's typical of Sam a sthe younger child, to not remember anything outside of how this development affected him.  You really have put a lot of thought into the dynamics of this family relationship.  Excellently done!

Every chapter gets better and better!

Author's Response: Thank you so much for this review! It was just what I needed to hear. I would love to be able to spend all my time writing - my stories really are finished in my head...but I'm working two jobs and going to law school full time, so writing time is pretty sketchy right now, so it's so nice to hear that people are willing to be patient! I was almost considering taking my WIPs down, but as long as I know some people are waiting, I'll keep posting! I'm really looking foward to the next chapter - I've been looking forward to this one for a while....
