Great!  A small slice of John's life in the world of normal. I hadn't thought of what the excuse he'd use when he bought 30 containers of salt.  I think it's funny that John's idea of a comic is a gun magazine.

I suppose if it was a winter drabble it could have been for his driveway, but I like the idea of the perturbed check out lady's face and all this salt.  Maybe Mary used to pickle things. 

I reckon John would have thought of the comic as a training manual, he did start early with Dean!
