Awwwhhh...my favorite kind of story, hurt/sick Dean with a caring Sam, and Dean letting Sam do the comfort now because he needs  his little brother to take care of him.

Yep, Sam is going to nurse Dean back to health with infinite care, then pummel the living daylights out of him for being such a moron!
