Great tag, Angie. I love the internal dialogue with Sam; the walls might be down/broken, but he still recognizes what he needs to do. That inner drive to find Dean/ help his brother and Bobby is so compelling that he fights through all the pain and turmoil.
And that ending... I just love that he's still battling those demons (pun intended as it were) Lucifer still haunting him- yet he's being Sam (oddly Dean-like in his denial) that everything is okay, most likey because he knows the last thing his brother needs to do is be worrying about him in light of everything else thats happened.
Just a great addition to that finale! I think its going to be interesting to see where S7 picks up.
